Step 1
This Yamaha has been painted before the paint one the top edge of the front fairing looks faded almost silver.

Step 2
Its only nessasery to paint the top area of the faring so its sanded cleaned and masked-up ready for paint. Two coats of lacquer are applied.

Step 3
Finished. The jobs taken around 3hrs.

This Suzuki Burgman has had a long slide down the road. The fairing on the left side has lost aound 2-3mm off the edge .


Step 1
The edges are rubbed down and filler is applied to rebuild the edges that have been lost the swage line is also restored.


Step 3
The bike is now ready to be cleaned masked-up and painted.

Step 4
After drying the masking is removed the bike is cleaned and its finished the completed job has taken about 11hrs over two days.
We have just completed repainting this old Moto Guzzi 49cc bike 1966 (I think)
